For over 25 years Parkhill LoanFax, Inc. has collected and disseminated mortgage rate quotes from lenders. Our printed mortgage rate report was the Nation's first and quickly became recognized as a leading authority for mortgage rate updates.
Success came early and for good reason--the attention given to the reporting monitors the accuracy of the daily quotes--an important factor to all worried about unfair quoting practices of a few. We keep the playing field level by requesting that lenders adhere to our strict quoting criteria. Nothing is left to chance--the rates quotes are collected every day Monday through Friday and online by 2pm each day.
Our diverse methods of advertising provide participating lenders a consumer-oriented forum in which to promote their programs. In the process, the consumer is provided with easy-to-access mortgage rate information and a way to connect directly with lenders of their choice.

Since 1978, Linda Parkhill, President, has spearheaded program development and systems management. She was instrumental in launching the Nation's first printed mortgage report, the first audiotext mortgage hotline, as well as the first online mortgage report. Ms. Parkhill operates under an old family axiom, "if it's worth doing--do it right the first time."
 Donna Smith, Office Manager and Vice President, sees that production runs smoothly. Ms. Smith provides the correct attitude about getting the job done under any circumstance. She makes sure that lenders conform to a high standard of reporting, yet they appreciate her style and unflappable attitude in doing so.
